Order Management Coordinator
Sale3PLScale3PL ships e-commerce and wholesale orders for apparel, footwear and accessories brands, including orders to major department stores. We are growing fast and opening a second building. We are seeking a person who will chase every order from the moment it begins to age in our order management system until it ships, is cancelled, or the client signs off. Your focus The day-to-day order book. We believe no order should get left behind. Run the open-order and aging reports every morning. Every stuck order gets a reason, an owner and a next step. Coordinate with our internal teams. Work with customer service and the warehouse on the right action for each stuck order. Who should apply Interviews are open to everyone. In your application, tell us if you have experience with any of these: Working orders in an OMS, ERP or WMS: allocation, backorders, cancellations, holds. 3PL, brand, wholesale or ecommerce operations all count. Chasing shortages and cleaning up a backlog, and telling a real shortage from a system one. The details: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, in person. Huntington Beach (14752 Delta Lane) now.
