Order Fulfillment Specialist Company: Joseph The Jeweler Location: Midland Position: Full Time or Part Time Starting Pay: $17.50/hour Schedule: 9:30-5:30. Full availability is preferred, but must be available on Mondays. Work Location: In person About the Role We are a growing e-commerce business looking for a reliable, hard working, and positive Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our shipping team. You will play an important role in making sure customer orders are processed, prepared, and shipped accurately and efficiently. While this position is centered around order fulfillment, the ideal candidate is someone who is willing to contribute wherever needed to keep our shipping line running smoothly. What You'll Do Order Fulfillment Accurately prepare and package customer orders. Carefully bubble wrap delicate products to ensure they arrive safely and professionally. Verify orders for accuracy before shipment. Apply shipping labels and prepare completed orders for carrier pickup. Maintain high standards for product presentation and quality. Operations Assist with inventory organization, counting, and product tagging. Restock and maintain packaging and fulfillment supplies. Help keep inventory and fulfillment areas organized, clean, and efficient. Assist with other operational projects and tasks as business needs change. Team & Workplace Standards Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Follow established procedures for product handling, security, and quality control. Communicate issues or discrepancies to management. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals. Take initiative and look for ways to improve efficiency and organization. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, retail, inventory, or operations experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person! Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous work experience preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift around 25 lbs. Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance. Full availability is preferred, as we operate 7 days a week, but must have availability for Monday, Friday, and Saturday. The work day is typically 9:30am to 5:30pm, but hours may change depending on business needs. What We Offer Starting pay of $17.50/hour. Weekly pay every Friday.
