Extracts Fulfillment Specialist Company: ACP Management, LLC Department: DIME Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Compensation: $16-17 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our DIME team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. This position is responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, and verifying orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring products are properly documented and ready for delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail, time management, and adaptability are essential, along with the ability to follow established procedures, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and consistently meet quality standards. Previous experience in cannabis, order fulfillment, inventory management, or production is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Accurately pull, prepare, and package product orders for dispensary customers. Follow established inventory control procedures to prevent product loss, damage, or theft. Participate in daily morning and end-of-day inventory counts to maintain accurate inventory records. Conduct final quality control checks before products leave the facility. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain accuracy, organization, and efficiency while completing daily assignments. Properly handle products and materials while following established safety and quality standards. Report inventory discrepancies, product concerns, equipment issues, and safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow workplace safety procedures. Perform other reasonable job-related duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. Must meet applicable background check requirements. Must obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Department of Health Services Facility Agent Card. High school diploma or equivalent. Availability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and established procedures. Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude. Willingness to follow company uniform and safety policies. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Ability to regularly bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Ability to work in environments with elevated noise levels. Ability to work in cooler environments maintained at approximately 65°F. Required use of appropriate PPE, including gloves and masks in designated work areas. Additional Information This position reports to the designated DIME Operations and Fulfillment Supervisor and does not include management or independent decision-making authority.
