Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, managing inventory levels, and coordinating shipping and receiving activities. Duties Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software such as AS400 or similar platforms to process orders and update inventory records Manage inventory levels through regular stock counts, data entry, and reconciliation to prevent stock discrepancies Coordinate with shipping & receiving teams to load and unload shipments efficiently while ensuring compliance with trade regulations and shipping logistics standards Prepare packaging materials and ensure proper labeling for international trade compliance and trade regulations adherence Assist in stocking shelves, organizing warehouse distribution areas, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve order issues promptly and provide updates on order status Support logistics operations by tracking shipments, managing delivery schedules, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods Experience Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with a focus on order fulfillment or shipping & receiving Basic math skills for counting stock, calculating quantities, and verifying shipments accurately Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry, reporting, and communication purposes Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Ability to respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes including stocking, packaging, order picking & packing, load & unload procedures Experience working within fast-paced environments that demand attention to detail and adherence to safety standards Training in laser engraving will be provided Join us as an Order Fulfillment Specialist where your expertise will drive operational excellence!
