Order Fulfillment & Operations Associate Company: Expedition Gaming Pay: $18.00/hour training, $20.00/hour afterwards About Us Expedition Gaming is a growing e-commerce startup focused on trading cards and collectibles, especially Pokémon. The Role We’re looking for an Order Fulfillment & Operations Associate to help run day-to-day fulfillment and inventory operations. You’ll be packing orders, handling shipments, keeping inventory organized, and supporting the team wherever needed. This is a hands-on, in-person role with room to grow as the company scales. What You’ll Do Pack and fulfill online customer orders daily Drop off shipments with USPS, UPS, and FedEx Receive and process incoming inventory and supplies Help track inventory and report any discrepancies Keep the workspace clean and organized (trash, restocking, light cleaning) Assist partners with misc. operational tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with hands-on work Team player with clear communication skills Operations, warehouse, or fulfillment experience is a plus Pokémon or collectibles knowledge is ideal, not a requirement STRONG PREFERENCE TO THOSE WITH RELEVANT AND RECENT ECOMMERCE PACKING/FULFILLMENT EXPERIENCE Schedule Typical shifts: 12 PM – 9 PM, occasional later evenings Some partial shifts available Occasional longer days during busy periods Preferably looking for people who can work 4-5 days minimum Physical Requirements Able to stand and move for most of the shift Lift and carry packages up to ~40 lbs Comfortable with repetitive tasks like packing and sorting products/orders Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 32.0 per week Benefits: Paid time off Experience: Order fulfillment: 1 year (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: Long Island City, NY 11101 (Required) Work Location: In person
