Order Fulfillment Lead

At Baja Fulfillment, we are looking for a Fulfillment Operations Leader. What would you be responsible for? Our Fulfillment Orders Leader is primarily responsible for establishing the production schedule based on customer orders and requests for special runs, ensuring that orders are processed and fulfilled in a timely and proper manner, in accordance with quality standards. Key responsibilities: Coordinate personnel Achievement of individual and departmental goals Tracking of customer orders Management of information regarding shipped orders Verification of products against their descriptions in ShipHero Monitoring of orders, including their assignment and fulfillment within SLA Coordination and communication with departments such as Customer Service, Transportation, and Logistics Updating production information for new products in ShipHero. Knowledge and skills expected: Proficiency with Office software, email correspondence 2+ years of experience in a related role (picker, packer, order fulfillment) Personnel management Productivity monitoring Problem-solving within the work area Effective communication with colleagues and superiors Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
