Position Overview We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our order fulfillment and jewelry production team on a full-time basis. This hands-on role involves picking and packing customer orders, organizing inventory, assisting with jewelry production, product photography, creating and updating website listings, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Exceptional attention to detail is essential for this position. Our products include very small jewelry components, many of which look similar but differ in size, style, or quantity. Candidates must be able to accurately count and measure chains and other jewelry components, identify product differences, and consistently fulfill customer orders with minimal errors. Strong computer skills are also important for this position. In addition to hands-on warehouse and production duties, employees will be trained to photograph products, create and update product listings, enter product information, and work with our e-commerce systems. Candidates should be comfortable using computers, learning new software, and performing detailed computer-based tasks accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Inventory Accurately pick, count, verify, and pack customer orders while maintaining an exceptionally low error rate. Carefully distinguish between small jewelry components that may have subtle differences in size, style, or appearance. Accurately count, weigh, and measure jewelry chains, findings, and other small components according to order specifications. Package jewelry components and supplies into properly labeled bags and boxes. Count, sort, organize, and replenish inventory as needed. Help maintain accurate inventory levels and an organized stockroom. Assemble shipping boxes and keep packing stations stocked. Complete assigned fulfillment tasks efficiently within established shipping deadlines. Perform daily mail and shipping drop-offs using a personal vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed. Jewelry Production & Quality Control Assist with jewelry production and assembly tasks based on daily priorities and training, including stone bezel setting, jewelry assembly, and hand-stamping. Operate a hydraulic press to cut shapes from sheet metal following training and established safety procedures. Organize and prepare jewelry components and materials for production. Polish, inspect, and prepare finished jewelry for fulfillment. Inspect products and components for defects, quality, accuracy, and consistency. Follow established production procedures and quality standards. Complete assigned production tasks accurately and efficiently within established deadlines. Product Photography & E-Commerce Listings Photograph jewelry, components, and supplies for website product listings. Assist with basic photo editing, cropping, resizing, and organizing product images. Create new product listings and update existing listings on our e-commerce websites. Accurately enter product information, including descriptions, dimensions, materials, pricing, and product variations. Upload, organize, and maintain product images and related information. Review product listings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with company standards. Perform additional computer-based tasks related to product management and e-commerce operations as trained. Workspace Maintenance Maintain clean and organized workstations, production benches, packing areas, and inventory spaces.
