POSITION PURPOSE The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day processing of warehouse orders and outbound loads for Bona distribution services. This position will work closely with Warehouse Department Heads, Account Services, and Transportation to achieve division objectives while maintaining a focus on customer service and on-time shipping. This individual is highly proficient with Excel and has knowledge of pivot tables and formulas including VLOOKUPs, search functions, and conditional formatting. The Order Fulfillment Specialist will also demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, high accuracy, and attention to detail and will contribute to a positive team atmosphere. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DUTIES QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience; some college is preferred 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Entry, or Account Management Working knowledge of warehouse order flow concepts Experience with WMS & ERP systems – SoloChain experience is a plus Highly proficient in Excel with experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, search functions, conditional formatting, etc. Demonstrates a “hands-on” problem solving approach Displays effective verbal and written communication and organizational skills, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail Highly computer literate and able to quickly adapt to various user interfaces JOB DUTIES: Review special requirements communicated on an order level basis, ensure requirements are applied to all orders upon release, and communicate any changes to appropriate departments within the warehouse.
