Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Associate Overview Deluxe Distribution is a wholesale distributor serving convenience stores, gas stations, smoke shops, and other local businesses. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Associate. This role involves ensuring customer orders are accurate, invoiced, packed, and prepared for delivery. It combines hands-on warehouse work with computer-based tasks and customer checkout processes at our facility. The ideal candidate will be organized, attentive to detail, and capable of providing excellent service to our customers. Duties Verify picked orders against pick sheets to ensure accuracy in product selection Check orders for completeness and correctness before packing Prepare invoices and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete Pack orders efficiently and securely for delivery or customer pickup Assist customers at the checkout counter with purchases, providing friendly and professional service Use NetSuite software to process transactions, update order statuses, and manage inventory records Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency Support inventory management activities as needed, including stock checks and restocking supplies Requirements Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying orders and processing transactions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Proficiency with computer systems; experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software is a plus Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods during warehouse tasks This position offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are valued.
