Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Position Summary On The Go Grafix Signs LLC is looking for an organized and dependable Order Fulfillment Coordinator to help manage customer orders from initial processing through final preparation for delivery or pickup. This role supports the coordination of sign and graphics orders by keeping order details accurate, tracking progress, and communicating updates to the appropriate team members. The successful candidate will help ensure that materials, production information, and completed orders stay organized throughout the workflow. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys coordinating details, solving routine problems, and keeping daily operations on track. Responsibilities Review incoming orders and enter customer and project details into company records. Verify order specifications, quantities, and delivery or pickup instructions. Coordinate order information with team members responsible for preparing signs and graphics. Monitor order progress and update records as projects move through each stage. Organize proofs, work orders, reference files, and other order-related documents. Help identify missing information and follow up with the appropriate person to resolve it. Confirm that completed orders are labeled and prepared according to customer instructions. Assist with scheduling pickups, deliveries, or other order handoffs as needed. Respond to routine order status questions and direct more complex inquiries to the appropriate team member. Maintain accurate records of completed, pending, and outstanding orders. Keep order documentation and shared work areas organized. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. No previous experience required; training will be provided. Basic computer skills, including email and data entry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication. Ability to follow instructions and manage several routine tasks. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working with a team.
