Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Position Summary Studio 1 Architects is seeking an organized and dependable Order Fulfillment Coordinator to support the day-to-day processing and coordination of orders, materials, and deliveries. This entry-level position helps ensure requests are accurately prepared, documented, and moved through the fulfillment process on schedule. The role involves coordinating information between internal teams, suppliers, and delivery partners while keeping records up to date. Training will be provided on company procedures and systems. Responsibilities Review incoming orders and verify quantities, item details, and delivery information Enter and update order information in company systems and records Coordinate the preparation and movement of materials and completed orders Prepare labels, packing information, shipping documents, and related paperwork Monitor order progress and follow up on pending or delayed items Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal team members regarding order status Check orders for accuracy before they are prepared for delivery or pickup Maintain organized order files, tracking information, and fulfillment records Help identify missing information, discrepancies, or delivery issues and report them promptly Assist with other administrative and operational tasks related to order fulfillment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and data entry skills Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to follow established procedures and instructions Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage routine tasks and changing priorities Reliable, dependable, and comfortable working independently or with a team Pay: $22.50 - $23.50 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
