Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Position Summary Corporation Dejavu Cargo Express is seeking an organized and motivated Order Fulfillment Coordinator to help manage the daily flow of orders, packages, and outgoing shipments. This role focuses on keeping order information accurate, coordinating preparation activities, and making sure completed shipments are properly documented and ready for dispatch. The coordinator will work with team members to track order status, address routine discrepancies, and maintain clear records throughout the fulfillment process. Responsibilities Review incoming orders and confirm that item descriptions, quantities, and delivery details are complete. Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and prepared correctly. Monitor order progress and update records as shipments move through each stage. Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary order documents. Verify package information and check for missing details before dispatch. Communicate with team members about order priorities, stock availability, and shipment schedules. Investigate routine order discrepancies and help resolve missing or incorrect item information. Maintain organized digital or paper records of pending, completed, and dispatched orders. Assist with receiving updates about incoming products and changes in inventory availability. Help keep order processing organized during busy periods and changing workloads. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. No previous experience required; training will be provided. Basic computer skills and the ability to enter information accurately. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with coworkers. Ability to follow procedures, manage routine tasks, and meet established deadlines.
