Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Order Fulfilment Coordinator Manages daily flow of orders from receipt through shipment by playing a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service while managing customer orders from entry through fulfillment. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you will serve as a key liaison between customers, opera-tions, and internal teams to ensure timely order processing, issue resolution, and customer satisfac-tion. Responsibilities The duties listed below are representative of the responsibilities required for this position; other du-ties may be assigned as necessary. Coordinate order fulfillment from entry to final shipment with various cross function teams. Track order progress, resolving delay or discrepancies. Review inventory and communicate alternative products to customers. Monitor stock levels and alert teammates when levels are low, on back-order and/or needs adjustment. Proactively communicate information to customers and follow up with ship dates for back-ordered items. Offer and document concessions. Review high-priority orders and determine capabilities before sharing with production. Update and maintain internal shipment information to include status comments Maintain on-time shipment log, KPI’s and data analysis for management All reasonable requests from supervision QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; associates or bachelor’s degree, one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
