Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Position Summary Red Rose Imports is seeking an organized and dependable Order Fulfillment Coordinator to help manage the steps involved in processing customer orders from preparation through shipment. This position supports daily order flow by reviewing order information, coordinating product availability, preparing shipping documentation, and keeping fulfillment records up to date. The right candidate will be comfortable balancing administrative tasks with hands-on coordination and communicating with coworkers to resolve routine order issues. Training will be provided, and previous experience is not required. Responsibilities Review incoming orders to confirm item details, quantities, and shipping information. Coordinate with warehouse staff to locate products and prepare orders for processing. Monitor order progress and help ensure shipments are prepared according to schedule. Generate or organize packing slips, shipping labels, and other order-related paperwork. Update order records when items are picked, packed, dispatched, or delayed. Check product quantities and report discrepancies before orders are shipped. Communicate with team members about stock availability, order changes, and fulfillment priorities. Help investigate missing items, incomplete orders, or incorrect shipment details. Keep order files and fulfillment information organized for easy reference. Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed to support daily order processing. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. No previous experience required; training will be provided. Basic computer skills and the ability to enter information accurately. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow established procedures and manage multiple routine tasks. Clear communication skills and a cooperative approach to teamwork. Dependable attendance and a willingness to learn.
