Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Position Summary LNS Enterprises Inc. is a promotional product distributor and a proud member of the Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI). We are seeking an organized and proactive Order Fulfillment Coordinator to help manage the processing and preparation of customer orders for promotional products. This position supports the order lifecycle by coordinating product details, tracking order progress, organizing fulfillment information, and communicating updates to team members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable handling multiple tasks, and interested in supporting the distribution of branded merchandise and promotional items. Responsibilities Review incoming customer orders and verify product details, quantities, and delivery information. Enter and update order information in company tracking systems. Coordinate order details with suppliers, vendors, and internal team members. Monitor order progress and follow up on pending items, production updates, and shipment schedules. Help ensure promotional products are prepared according to customer specifications. Organize order confirmations, product information, invoices, and related documentation. Track outgoing shipments and update delivery information when available. Communicate order status updates and help resolve routine fulfillment questions. Identify missing details or discrepancies in order records and report them for correction. Assist with coordinating the preparation, packaging, and dispatch of promotional merchandise. Maintain accurate records to support timely order processing and customer service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. No previous order fulfillment experience required; training will be provided. Basic computer skills and ability to work with digital records. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow procedures and manage several routine tasks. Dependable, flexible, and comfortable working as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with customer orders, retail products, promotional merchandise, or distribution operations. Basic understanding of spreadsheets and order tracking. Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up on outstanding requests.
