Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders Load and unload shipments efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods with manual handling techniques and heavy lifting when necessary Manage inventory using inventory management systems to track stock levels and update records in real time Conduct quality control checks on items to ensure order accuracy and product integrity before shipping Maintain a clean, organized warehouse distribution area, adhering to safety standards Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including verifying shipments against documentation and completing inbound/outbound logs Work at in person pop up markets 1-2 times a year Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or related roles with familiarity in warehouse management systems preferred Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Excellent attention to detail for order picking & packing and quality control processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy Join our team as an Order Fulfillment Associate where your proactive approach will help us deliver excellence every day!
