Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from receipt to shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and scanning tools to pick, pack, stage, and track products while supporting organized inventory and reliable delivery. Responsibilities Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized; scan barcodes with an RF (radio frequency) scanner and warehouse management system. Pack and label products, verify order accuracy, and prepare shipments for dispatch. Receive, load, unload, move, and stock materials; support shipping and receiving and inventory management. Follow warehouse operations procedures, quality control checks, safety protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Your impact: Accurate picking, packing, and inventory updates help customers receive the right products and help warehouse teams maintain dependable operations. Requirements Basic math skills and attention to detail for order checks, barcode scanning, and inventory records. Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting, and to use material handling equipment safely. Warehouse experience, order fulfillment, warehouse distribution, or materials handling experience is helpful. Experience with inventory management systems or a warehouse management system is preferred; familiarity with packing, order picking, and stocking is an asset. Reach truck, forklift, pallet jack, order picker, cherry picker, or other heavy equipment operation experience is preferred. Warehouse supervisor experience is also a plus.
