Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and scanning tools to handle materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and support safe, reliable order fulfillment. Your impact: Accurate picking and careful quality checks help customers receive the right items in good condition. Responsibilities Pick, pack, package, and label orders; scan barcodes with an RF (radio frequency) scanner and verify items for quality and accuracy. Load and unload shipments, receive and stock products, and support shipping and receiving activities. Use pallet jacks and, when qualified and authorized, forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and cherry pickers. Update inventory using a warehouse management system and other inventory management systems; report discrepancies. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual handling practices when lifting or moving materials. Qualifications Experience in order fulfillment, warehouse distribution, warehouse operations, inventory management, packing, or materials handling is helpful; warehouse experience is preferred. Basic math skills and the ability to follow order details, barcode-scanning steps, and quality-control procedures. Ability to perform heavy lifting and safely load, unload, pick, and stock materials. Familiarity with material handling equipment operation and heavy equipment operation is preferred. Equipment use must follow applicable authorization and safety requirements. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus, but not required. Pay: $25.70 - $30.95 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Work Location: In person
