Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from inventory to shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and scanning tools to pick, pack, and prepare products, while supporting organized warehouse operations and dependable service for customers and distribution partners. Duties Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized; scan barcodes with an RF (radio frequency) scanner and verify items against order details. Pack and label products, stage shipments, and support shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading materials. Stock products, track inventory, and update records in a warehouse management system (WMS) or other inventory management systems. Perform quality checks, follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain an orderly work area. Your impact: Accurate picking, packing, and inventory updates help customers and distribution teams receive the right products on time. Qualifications Warehouse experience in order fulfillment, warehouse distribution, or warehouse operations is helpful; experience with inventory management, packaging, and materials handling is preferred. Ability to perform basic math, use barcode-scanning tools, and follow written or verbal work instructions. Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting, and able to operate material-handling equipment safely; heavy equipment operation experience is preferred. Familiarity with picking and packing, stocking, load and unload tasks, shipping and receiving, and safety protocol adherence is an asset. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus, but not required.
