Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and scanning tools to handle products safely, maintain inventory accuracy, and support reliable service for customers and distribution partners. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers and receiving teams get the right products in good condition and on schedule. Responsibilities Pick, pack, package, and label orders; scan barcodes with an RF (radio frequency) scanner and verify items for quality control. Load and unload shipments, receive and stock products, and support shipping and receiving activities. Use pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, or cherry pickers as authorized and trained. Update inventory records in a warehouse management system and help maintain organized storage areas. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual handling practices when lifting or moving materials. Qualifications Warehouse experience, including order picking, picking and packing, packaging, materials handling, or warehouse distribution, is helpful. Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory management systems, barcode scanning for logistics, or warehouse management systems are preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate material handling equipment; experience with heavy equipment operation is an asset. Knowledge of warehouse operations, stocking, load and unload procedures, and safety protocol adherence. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus; this role does not require supervisory duties.
