Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from receipt to shipment. You’ll pick, pack, and prepare products while supporting inventory accuracy and smooth warehouse distribution. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products, while giving warehouse and shipping teams reliable orders to process. Duties Pick items using order lists, an order picker, or a radio frequency (RF) scanner; scan barcodes to confirm products and quantities. Pack and label orders, perform quality checks, and prepare shipments for dispatch. Receive, stock, and organize inventory; support inventory management and warehouse management system records. Load and unload materials using pallet jacks or other material handling equipment; operate forklifts, reach trucks, or cherry pickers when authorized. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and keep work areas orderly. Skills Essential: Warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, shipping and receiving, stocking, and load and unload tasks. Essential: Basic math, attention to detail, safe manual handling, and ability to perform heavy lifting as required. Essential: Knowledge of materials handling, inventory management systems, barcode scanning for logistics, and safety protocol adherence. Preferred: Experience with warehouse management, warehouse distribution, or a warehouse management system. Preferred: Warehouse supervisor experience, heavy equipment operation, and experience using forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
