Order Fulfillment Associate

Overview Join our warehouse team as an Order Fulfillment Associate and help keep orders moving accurately and safely. You’ll pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment while supporting inventory accuracy and smooth warehouse operations. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products on time and enables teammates to keep distribution running smoothly. Duties Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as assigned; use a radio frequency (RF) scanner and barcode scanning tools. Pack and package items, check quality, stock products, and update inventory through the warehouse management system. Support shipping and receiving by loading and unloading goods and handling materials safely. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual handling practices when lifting or moving heavy items. Keep work areas organized and communicate inventory or order issues to the team. Experience Warehouse experience in order fulfillment, warehouse distribution, or warehouse operations is helpful. Familiarity with inventory management, inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems is preferred. Experience with picking and packing, shipping and receiving, stocking, quality control, and materials handling is an asset. Ability to perform basic math, handle heavy lifting, and operate material handling equipment safely. Reach truck, forklift, order picker, pallet jack, or other heavy equipment operation experience is preferred; warehouse supervisor experience is a plus.
