Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from receiving through shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and technology to pick, pack, stage, and track products while supporting smooth warehouse operations. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products, while reliable inventory records help warehouse teams plan and work efficiently. Duties Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as assigned; follow safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment (PPE). Scan barcodes with a radio-frequency (RF) scanner and update the warehouse management system to support inventory management and order tracking. Pack and label products, perform quality checks, and prepare shipments for warehouse distribution. Support shipping and receiving by loading and unloading deliveries, stocking items, and handling materials safely, including heavy lifting when required. Maintain an orderly work area and follow procedures for manual handling and material handling equipment operation. Qualifications Warehouse experience or experience in order fulfillment, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, inventory management, or shipping and receiving is helpful. Ability to perform basic math, use barcode-scanning and inventory management systems, and follow written and verbal instructions. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, order pickers, or cherry pickers is preferred. Demonstrated safety protocol adherence, careful quality control, and readiness to load, unload, stock, and handle materials. Warehouse supervisor experience and heavy equipment operation experience are preferred, but not required. Pay: $24.61 - $29.64 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Work Location: In person
