Order Fulfillment Associate

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory integrity. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes. Duties Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices. Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely and labeling them accurately. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock. Perform order picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock replenishment as needed. Ensure compliance with e-commerce packaging standards for online orders. Skills Experience in shipping & receiving processes including order fulfillment and packaging. Strong basic math skills for accurate inventory management. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment with minimal supervision. Previous experience in warehouse distribution is preferred but not required. Attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
