Order Fulfillment Associate

Ettika is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to support our growing ecommerce and wholesale operations. This role is responsible for helping process, prepare, and ship daily orders across DTC, marketplace, and retail channels while ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance with retailer requirements. We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, comfortable working with systems, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Process and release orders from ERP systems into shipping platforms Push and manage orders from Apparel Magic to ShipStation Print pick tickets, packing slips, and shipping labels Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Verify inventory and troubleshoot order discrepancies Monitor failed, stuck, or delayed shipments Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure on-time fulfillment Assist with retailer compliance requirements and shipment accuracy Ensure orders are shipped accurately and within required timelines Maintain organization and cleanliness within fulfillment workspace Support inventory counts and operational projects as needed Qualifications Previous fulfillment, shipping, warehouse, or operations experience preferred Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, ERP systems, or shipping software is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and problem solve quickly Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Experience with wholesale or retail shipping compliance is a plus Bonus Experience Apparel Magic Shopify ShipStation EDI / ASN familiarity Retailer compliance experience Jewelry, fashion, or ecommerce background Compensation Hourly pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within operations team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Application Question(s): What is your Email Address?
