Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from receiving through shipment. You’ll pick, pack, and prepare products for distribution, use scanning tools to track inventory, and operate material handling equipment as authorized. Your work helps customers receive complete, correctly prepared orders. Duties Your impact: Accurate order picking, packing, and quality checks help customers receive the right products in good condition. Pick and pack orders using an order picker, RF (radio frequency) scanner, and barcode scanning tools; verify items and quantities. Receive, stock, and track inventory in a warehouse management system; support inventory management and warehouse distribution. Package shipments, prepare orders for dispatch, and assist with shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading. Operate approved equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks; follow safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment (PPE). Skills Essential: Order fulfillment, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, stocking, quality control, basic math, and attention to detail. Essential: Warehouse operations or warehouse experience; inventory management, warehouse management, and familiarity with inventory management systems or a warehouse management system. Essential: Materials handling, manual handling, heavy lifting, and safe load-and-unload practices. Preferred: Experience operating heavy equipment and material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks. Preferred: Warehouse supervisor experience and familiarity with RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and shipping and receiving.
