Order Fulfillment Associate

Responsibilities Execute order picking using RF scanners, barcode scanning systems, and manual methods to ensure precise order fulfillment. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively. Load and unload shipments with attention to safety protocols, heavy lifting techniques, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Manage inventory through warehouse management systems (WMS), ensuring stock accuracy and proper storage practices. Pack orders securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit while maintaining efficiency. Conduct quality control checks on picked items to verify accuracy and condition before dispatching. Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying inbound/outbound shipments and maintaining detailed logs of all transactions. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems. Valid certification or experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads safely and consistently adhere to safety protocols. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Knowledge of barcode scanning for logistics, shipping & receiving procedures, and quality control standards. Prior experience in order fulfillment, packing, stocking, or materials handling is highly desirable.
