Order Fulfillment Associate A great customer experience doesn’t start when a package arrives at the customer’s door. It starts in the warehouse. We’re hiring a Warehouse Associate in Orlando, FL to help us pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed, accuracy, and care. You’ll be one of the final people to handle an order before it reaches the customer, which means the details matter. From selecting the correct products to making sure every package is clean, organized, secure, and professionally presented, you’ll help turn an everyday delivery into a great customer experience. Daily Duties of the Order Fulfillment Associate: Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently. Pack merchandise carefully to ensure products arrive safely and in excellent condition. Make order presentation a priority, ensuring products are clean, organized, and professionally arranged before packaging. Double-check products, quantities, sizes, colors, and other order details before shipment. Inspect merchandise for damage or quality issues before packing. Select appropriate packaging materials to protect products during transit. Prepare shipping labels and completed orders for carrier pickup. Keep your picking, packing, and fulfillment areas clean and organized. Assist with stocking, receiving, replenishment, and inventory organization when needed. Identify incorrect, missing, or damaged merchandise and communicate issues promptly. Work alongside the warehouse team to achieve daily fulfillment and shipping goals. Order Fulfillment Associate Skills: Are dependable and arrive ready to work on time. Have excellent attention to detail. Can work efficiently without sacrificing quality. Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Take pride in keeping your workspace clean and organized. Can follow picking, packing, and shipping procedures accurately. Are comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks throughout your shift. Can lift and move merchandise as required by the position. Previous experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, picking and packing, shipping, inventory, retail stockrooms, or distribution is helpful, but not required.
