Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and a warehouse management system (WMS) to locate, handle, and track products while following safety and quality procedures. Your work helps customers receive complete, correctly prepared orders. Duties Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized; scan barcodes with a radio-frequency (RF) scanner. Pack and label products, check order accuracy, and support quality control before shipment. Receive, stock, and organize inventory; assist with shipping and receiving and warehouse distribution. Load and unload materials, operate material handling equipment, and complete manual handling and heavy lifting safely. Follow safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment (PPE); update inventory management systems and the WMS. Your impact: Accurate picking, packing, and inventory updates help customers receive the right products and help coworkers keep orders moving. Qualifications Warehouse experience, order fulfillment, inventory management, or warehouse operations experience is helpful; warehouse supervisor experience is preferred, not required. Basic math skills and the ability to use barcode scanning for logistics and inventory management systems. Familiarity with packaging, stocking, materials handling, shipping and receiving, and load-and-unload tasks. Ability to safely perform physical work, including heavy lifting and manual handling, while following PPE requirements and safety procedures. Experience operating a forklift, reach truck, order picker, cherry picker, or pallet jack is preferred; follow applicable equipment authorization requirements.
