Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from receiving through shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and a warehouse management system (WMS) to locate, pick, pack, and stage products. Your work helps customers and distribution teams receive the right items in good condition. Responsibilities Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized; scan barcodes with an RF (radio frequency) scanner. Pack and label orders, perform quality checks, and prepare shipments for dispatch. Receive, load, unload, move, and stock materials while maintaining accurate inventory records in inventory management systems. Follow warehouse operations procedures, safety protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements; use safe manual handling practices when lifting or moving heavy items. Your impact: Accurate picking, packing, and inventory updates help customers receive complete orders and help warehouse teams maintain reliable stock. Experience Warehouse experience in order fulfillment, warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, packaging, stocking, or inventory management is helpful. Basic math skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems, RF scanning, or barcode scanning for logistics are preferred. Experience operating material handling equipment or other heavy equipment is preferred; follow site authorization and safety requirements. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus, but is not required. Able to perform hands-on materials handling and heavy lifting safely, with consistent attention to detail and safety protocol adherence.
