Order Fulfillment Associate

The Order Fulfillment Associate part-time position will include the following responsibilities. - Assist in filling of customer orders in-house - with some lifting up to 25 lbs - Create Sales Order & process Invoices in our Quick Books accounting system - Assist with Customer Care activities including; email response, phone support, problem solving - Assist other customer care tasks, as requested The Order Fulfillments Associate candidate will be successful receiving our in-house training & support, and should possess skills of innovation, entrepreneurship, autonomous nature, verbal acuity, punctuality & upbeat demeanor. Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
