Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for processing, packing, and preparing customer orders generated through our live-selling shows on Whatnot, ensuring every order is accurate, securely packaged, and shipped on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and providing an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders from Whatnot live-selling shows for shipment. Verify order details, product quantities, and items to ensure accuracy before shipping. Package jewelry carefully and securely, following company packaging and presentation standards. Print shipping labels, organize outgoing packages, and prepare orders for timely shipment. Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient packing and fulfillment workspace. Assist with organizing, sorting, and replenishing inventory and packing supplies as needed. Identify and communicate order discrepancies, missing items, or fulfillment issues to the appropriate team members. Collaborate with the live-selling team to ensure smooth order processing and timely fulfillment, particularly during high-volume sales periods.
