Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from receiving through shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and scanning tools to pick, pack, stage, and track products while supporting smooth warehouse distribution. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers and receiving teams get the right products in good condition and on time. Responsibilities Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized; follow safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment (PPE). Scan barcodes with an RF (radio frequency) scanner and update the warehouse management system (WMS) to support inventory management and order tracking. Pack, label, and stage orders; perform quality checks and prepare shipments for dispatch. Support shipping and receiving by loading and unloading deliveries, stocking products, and handling materials safely, including heavy lifting when required. Maintain organized work areas and accurate inventory records while following warehouse operations procedures. Qualifications Warehouse experience, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, and materials handling skills are helpful. Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory management systems or a WMS are preferred. Ability to operate material handling equipment and perform manual handling tasks safely; heavy equipment operation experience is an asset. Experience with warehouse distribution, load and unload tasks, quality control, and safety protocol adherence is beneficial. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus; all candidates should be ready to work collaboratively in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
