Order Fulfillment Associate - Overview Our Wilmington team is looking for an Order Fulfillment Associate to help move customer orders from confirmation through packing and collection or shipment. This is a practical, fast-moving position for someone who likes staying active, keeping details accurate, and seeing each task completed properly. You will work between the order-processing area and stockroom, coordinating with customer service, inventory, and store colleagues throughout the day. How orders move through your day Review incoming customer and e-commerce orders. Locate the correct products using order information. Pick, check, and prepare merchandise for packing. Confirm item numbers, quantities, and product condition. Package orders securely and attach the correct labels. Update order status through the fulfillment system. Prepare purchases for shipment or customer collection. Help process returns, exchanges, and replacement orders. The work requires regular communication. If an item is unavailable, an address appears incorrect, or an order does not match the system, you will work with customer service and inventory colleagues to resolve it before the order moves forward. Additional shifts may be offered during promotions, seasonal periods, and higher-volume weeks.
