Duties Accurately pick and pack customer orders using barcode scanning technology and warehouse management systems (WMS) Operate various types of material handling equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools to load, unload, and transport goods safely Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, organizing stock in designated areas, and conducting regular stock counts for inventory accuracy Prepare shipments by packaging products securely according to safety protocols and shipping standards Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety procedures using heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Conduct quality control checks to ensure orders are complete, accurate, and meet company standards before dispatching Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety protocols, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and adhering to manual handling guidelines at all times Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in order picking, packing, shipping & receiving processes Ability to operate heavy equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks with proper certification preferred Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management systems Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform manual handling tasks regularly Basic math skills for counting inventory accurately and verifying shipments Excellent attention to detail for order fulfillment accuracy and quality control standards Commitment to safety protocol adherence including PPE use and safe operation of all warehouse equipment Prior experience with warehouse supervisor responsibilities or leadership roles is a plus but not required Embark on a fulfilling career where your energy fuels our success!
