Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from receipt to shipment. You’ll pick, pack, and prepare products for delivery while supporting inventory accuracy and smooth warehouse operations. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products and enables warehouse teams to coordinate shipping with confidence. Duties Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as assigned; operate equipment according to safety protocols. Use a warehouse management system, inventory management systems, and an RF scanner for barcode scanning, order tracking, and stock updates. Pack and label orders, perform quality control checks, and prepare shipments. Support shipping and receiving by loading and unloading deliveries, stocking products, and handling materials. Follow personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and safe manual handling practices, including when performing heavy lifting. Qualifications Warehouse experience, including order picking, picking and packing, packaging, inventory management, or warehouse distribution, is preferred. Ability to perform basic math, follow written and verbal instructions, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience with material handling equipment operation and heavy equipment operation is preferred; familiarity with warehouse management systems is an asset. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus, but not required. Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting as required, while adhering to safety procedures.
