Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from receipt to shipment. You’ll pick, pack, scan, and stage products while supporting inventory accuracy and smooth warehouse distribution. This hands-on role involves materials handling, equipment use, and following established safety procedures. Responsibilities Pick orders using an order picker, RF (radio frequency) scanner, and barcode scanning tools; verify items and quantities. Pack and label orders, stage shipments, and support shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading. Receive, stock, and move inventory; use a warehouse management system (WMS) and inventory management systems to update records. Operate approved material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers, as authorized. Follow quality control checks and safety protocols; use personal protective equipment (PPE) and apply safe manual handling practices. Your impact: Accurate picking and inventory updates help customers receive the right products while enabling teammates to fulfill orders efficiently. Skills Essential: Order fulfillment, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, stocking, inventory management, and basic math. Essential: Warehouse operations or warehouse experience; attention to detail and reliable safety protocol adherence. Ability to perform heavy lifting and load and unload materials; experience with heavy equipment operation and material handling equipment is useful. Familiarity with warehouse management, warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, and warehouse management systems is preferred. Experience with an order picker, forklift, pallet jack, reach truck, cherry picker, RF scanner, or other logistics barcode scanning tools is preferred; warehouse supervisor experience is a plus.
