Order Fulfillment Associate

Fierce Forward is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to join our on-site team in North Scottsdale. In this role, you are the final protector of the customer experience. You are the person who ensures every order is accurate, beautiful, and delivered with care. You are the last hands on the package before it reaches someone who may truly need that message, that energy, that encouragement. This is detail-driven work. By design, it’s repetitive: the same steps and the same standard on every order. It’s fast-paced at times. And it matters. Who You Are You are: Extremely accurate: you double-check naturally and take pride in getting it right Highly coachable: direction doesn’t offend you, it helps you win, and you apply correction right away Accountable: if you make a mistake, you say so immediately and help fix it Positive and professional: you bring a good attitude and treat teammates with respect Organized & steady: you stay calm and focused, even when the pace picks up Process-minded: you follow the system as taught, every time Mission-minded: you never forget there’s a real person on the other end of every order What You’ll Do Inspect, pack, and send customer orders with care and accuracy, every single time Quality check items before they ship so nothing leaves that doesn’t meet our standard Create shipments in our software and make sure orders go out correctly and on time Keep your packaging station organized, stocked, and ready Flag issues or missing items clearly so the team can move quickly Send every package the way you’d want to receive one Schedule & Requirements Full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, near Pima and the 101 in North Scottsdale Standing, moving quickly, lifting small boxes, writing customer notes, and using your hands continuously A non-compete and confidentiality agreement is required as a condition of employment Experience No packaging or fulfillment experience needed.
