Order Fulfillment Associate

Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You’ll use warehouse management systems and equipment to handle inventory accurately, work safely, and help customers receive the right products on time. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive complete, quality-checked shipments and keeps warehouse distribution running smoothly. Responsibilities Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized Scan barcodes with an RF (radio frequency) scanner; verify items, quantities, and order details Pack and label shipments, perform quality control checks, and support shipping and receiving Stock products, manage inventory, and use inventory management systems to record movement Load and unload materials; follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and handle materials carefully Requirements Warehouse experience, including order picking, picking and packing, packaging, or warehouse distribution, is preferred Basic math skills and the ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory management systems is an asset Familiarity with material handling equipment operation and heavy equipment operation is preferred; warehouse supervisor experience is a plus Able to perform manual handling and heavy lifting safely, and consistently follow safety procedures while working in a warehouse environment Pay: $24.10 - $29.02 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Work Location: In person
