Order Fulfillment Associate

Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and technology to handle materials, maintain inventory, and support safe, organized warehouse distribution. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products while supporting reliable shipping and receiving. Responsibilities Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized Scan barcodes with an RF (radio frequency) scanner and update records in the warehouse management system Pack and label orders, check product quality, and prepare shipments Load and unload deliveries; stock items and maintain accurate inventory Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual handling practices when lifting or moving materials Qualifications Warehouse experience, including order fulfillment, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, or shipping and receiving, is helpful Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management systems are preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate material handling equipment safely; experience with heavy equipment operation is an asset Knowledge of warehouse distribution, stocking, load and unload tasks, barcode scanning for logistics, and quality control is beneficial Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus; all candidates must be ready to follow safety procedures and support daily warehouse operations Pay: $23.77 - $28.63 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Work Location: In person
