Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from picking through shipment. You’ll use scanners and material handling equipment to locate, handle, pack, and stage products while supporting smooth warehouse operations. This hands-on role suits someone who values teamwork, accuracy, and safe work practices. Responsibilities Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized. Scan barcodes with an RF (radio frequency) scanner and update records in the warehouse management system. Pack and label orders, check product quality, and prepare shipments for dispatch. Receive, stock, and organize inventory; load and unload materials as needed. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual handling practices. Your impact: Accurate picking and packing helps customers receive the right products and helps warehouse teams keep orders flowing. Skills Essential: Order fulfillment, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, shipping and receiving, stocking, inventory management, warehouse distribution, and warehouse operations. Essential: Basic math, barcode scanning for logistics, quality control, and familiarity with a warehouse management system or inventory management systems. Essential: Warehouse experience, materials handling, material handling equipment operation, safe heavy lifting, and load-and-unload tasks. Preferred: Experience operating a reach truck, order picker, forklift, pallet jack, or cherry picker; heavy equipment operation experience is an asset. Preferred: Warehouse supervisor experience; willingness to follow safety protocols and use PPE.
