Order Fulfillment Associate

Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from inventory to shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and scanning tools to pick, pack, and prepare products for delivery. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products and supports reliable warehouse distribution. Duties Pick and pack orders, verify items and quantities, and prepare packaging for shipment. Use an RF (radio frequency) scanner and warehouse management system to scan barcodes, update inventory, and track orders. Stock products, support inventory management, and assist with shipping and receiving. Load and unload materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, or cherry pickers as authorized. Follow safety protocols, use required personal protective equipment (PPE), and perform quality checks during warehouse operations. Qualifications Warehouse experience, order fulfillment, picking and packing, stocking, or warehouse distribution experience is helpful. Able to perform manual handling and heavy lifting, and safely load and unload materials. Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory management systems, barcode scanning for logistics, and warehouse management systems are preferred. Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, order pickers, or cherry pickers, is preferred; follow all applicable authorization and safety requirements. Warehouse supervisor experience and heavy equipment operation are nice to have, not required. Pay: $25.07 - $30.19 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Work Location: In person
