Order Fulfillment Associate

Overview Join our warehouse team as an Order Fulfillment Associate and keep orders moving accurately and safely from storage to shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and scanning tools to pick, pack, stock, and prepare products for delivery. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products and supports smooth warehouse distribution. Duties Pick items using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized; use an RF (radio frequency) scanner and barcode scanning tools to confirm items and locations. Pack and label orders, complete quality checks, and stage shipments for shipping and receiving. Load and unload deliveries, move materials, and stock inventory using safe materials-handling practices. Update inventory management systems and the warehouse management system (WMS) to track product movement and order status. Follow safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and perform heavy lifting and manual handling as needed. Experience Warehouse experience, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, inventory management, and warehouse operations or distribution experience are helpful. Basic math skills and attention to detail support accurate counts, scanning, and quality control. Experience operating material-handling equipment or other heavy equipment is preferred; follow site authorization and safety requirements. Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory management systems, and shipping and receiving is an asset. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus, but not required.
