Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from picking through shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and scanning tools to locate, handle, pack, and stage products while supporting inventory accuracy and smooth warehouse operations. Your impact: Accurate picking and packing helps customers receive the right orders and enables warehouse teams to meet shipping needs. Responsibilities Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized and appropriate. Scan barcodes with an RF (radio frequency) scanner and update records in the warehouse management system. Pack and label products, perform quality checks, and stage shipments for dispatch. Support shipping and receiving, stocking, and inventory management; load and unload materials as needed. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual handling practices when lifting or moving goods. Skills Experience in order fulfillment, order picking, packing, warehouse distribution, or general warehouse operations is helpful; warehouse experience is preferred. Ability to use material handling equipment and perform heavy equipment operation safely; equipment authorization or certification may be required for specific machinery. Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse management systems is an advantage. Basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow quality and safety procedures. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus, but not required. Pay: $23.81 - $28.68 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Work Location: In person
