Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from receipt to shipment. You’ll pick, pack, and prepare products while supporting inventory accuracy and smooth warehouse distribution. Your work helps customers receive complete, correctly prepared orders on time. Duties Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized; use an RF (radio frequency) scanner and barcode scanning tools to confirm items. Pack and label orders, perform quality control checks, and stage shipments for dispatch. Receive, stock, and organize inventory; support inventory management and warehouse management system updates. Load and unload deliveries, move materials, and assist with shipping and receiving. Follow warehouse operations procedures, safety protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Skills Essential: Warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations, order fulfillment, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, stocking, and shipping and receiving. Essential: Basic math, attention to detail, and ability to use inventory management systems or learn a warehouse management system. Essential: Safe materials handling, manual handling, heavy lifting, and material handling equipment operation; follow safety procedures consistently. Preferred: Experience with heavy equipment operation, including a forklift, reach truck, order picker, cherry picker, or pallet jack. Preferred: Warehouse supervisor experience, plus knowledge of warehouse distribution, inventory management, load and unload processes, and quality control.
