Order Fulfillment Associate

About Us: Draped Outfitters is a trendy shoe boutique dedicated to providing our customers with the latest in fashionable footwear. We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Texas. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Job Description: We are seeking an organized and reliable Order Fulfillment Specialist to handle the entire order process, from pulling items to shipping them out. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work efficiently to maintain the high standards of our customer service. Responsibilities: Pull items from inventory based on a spreadsheet of orders. Create shipping labels accurately for all outgoing orders. Pull and organize orders to prepare them for packaging. Package orders securely and ensure they are ready for shipment. Ship orders promptly to meet delivery deadlines. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50-75 pounds. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines. Basic computer skills for managing spreadsheets and creating labels. Ability to lift and move packages as needed. Employee is paid on an order to order basis which averages out to $15-$20 a hour. Employee must be available to work between the hours of 12pm-4pm. Hours range from 5 to 15 hours per week and weekdays only.
