Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from inventory to shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and scanning tools to pick, pack, stage, and move products while supporting smooth warehouse distribution. This hands-on role suits someone who works carefully, follows safety procedures, and enjoys an active workday. Responsibilities Pick items against order details; verify products and quantities with a radio-frequency (RF) scanner and barcode scanning tools. Pack, label, and stage orders for shipment, and support shipping and receiving tasks. Stock products, track inventory, and update records in the warehouse management system (WMS). Load and unload materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, or cherry pickers as authorized. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and handle materials carefully. Your impact: Accurate picking and packing help customers receive the right products and help warehouse teams keep orders flowing. Skills Essential: Order fulfillment, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, stocking, inventory management, basic math, and attention to detail. Essential: Warehouse operations or warehouse experience; safe manual handling, heavy lifting, and load-and-unload work. Essential: Safety protocol adherence and proper PPE use; ability to follow instructions and work reliably with a team. Preferred: Experience with warehouse management, warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, inventory management systems, or a WMS. Preferred: Experience operating material-handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, order pickers, or cherry pickers; warehouse supervisor experience is also valued.
