Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Order Fulfillment Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive the seamless processing of customer orders. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Responsibilities Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using barcode scanning for logistics accuracy Operate material handling equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely and effectively Load and unload shipments with proper manual handling techniques to prevent damage and ensure safety Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners Stock shelves, organize products, and ensure proper placement for easy retrieval during order picking Conduct quality control checks to verify order accuracy and packaging standards before shipment Follow safety protocols consistently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to create a secure work environment Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners Knowledge of inventory management systems and barcode scanning technology Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and order accuracy Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety guidelines Join us in delivering exceptional service through efficient warehouse operations!
