Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You’ll use warehouse management systems and equipment to handle inventory safely, maintain quality, and support reliable warehouse distribution. Responsibilities Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized; scan barcodes with an RF scanner and confirm items in the warehouse management system. Pack and package orders, stock inventory, and load or unload materials for shipping and receiving. Support inventory management through accurate counts, system updates, and quality control checks. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual handling practices when moving or lifting heavy items. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products while supporting dependable warehouse operations. Qualifications Warehouse experience, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, materials handling, and basic math skills are helpful. Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory management systems, barcode scanning for logistics, and shipping and receiving is preferred. Ability to operate material handling equipment and perform heavy equipment operation safely; experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, order pickers, or cherry pickers is an asset. Ability to perform physical tasks, including load and unload duties and heavy lifting, while following safety procedures. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus; all candidates should be ready to contribute to a collaborative warehouse team.
