Order Fulfillment Associate – $25/Hour Location: Coral Springs, FL Compensation: $25.00 per hour Openings: 2 (One Full-Time, One Per Diem/As Needed) A growing private e-commerce company is seeking two dependable, detail-oriented individuals to assist with daily order fulfillment and shipping operations at our Coral Springs location. We are looking for candidates who take pride in accuracy, organization, and completing tasks efficiently. Previous fulfillment experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right individuals. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Verify product quantities and order accuracy. Print shipping labels and organize outgoing packages. Assist with inventory organization, receiving, and restocking. Maintain clean and organized workstations. Follow established fulfillment procedures and quality control standards. Protect confidential business and customer information. Coordinate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Basic computer skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Previous experience in shipping, fulfillment, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred but not required. Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Schedule One full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week. One per diem/as-needed position, with hours based on operational demand. Flexible scheduling. Most weekends off, with occasional weekend availability.
